In order to obtain a scholarship, students must meet University requirements (information provided by the Graduate Division or the Undergraduate Scholarship Office), satisfy the requirements made by the donor of each particular scholarship (descriptions attached), and be recommended by the Department Scholarship Committee Deadline for submission of COMPLETE application packet: FEBRUARY 14, 2000 Incomplete applications will not be accepted. COMPLETE PACKET INCLUDES 1 Application form. 2. University transcript with the last quarters grades and GPA. The GPA is a requirement of UCD. GPA of 3.50 is required for graduate students GPA of 3.25 for undergraduate students 3. Statement of Understanding. 4. Goals and Objectives statement 5. A brief biography (1 page). 6. Two (2) Scholarship/Fellowship Recommendation Rating forms. 7. Scholarship/Fellowship check list 8. Original or copy of a recent photograph.
